A tasty and healthy treat
When you feel like a snack, do you go for something savoury? Then this one is for you.
This recipe would have to be one of the easiest I have ever come across so I had to share. A super healthy snack that will fulfil your cravings.

Method:
Pull all the Kale leaves of their stem and break into bite size pieces
Rub in an Oil of your choice (I like to use coconut oil)
Place on an oven tray and bake for approx 10 min until dry and crispy
Remove from oven and sprinkle with salt
